Transferring Between Schools for the Upcoming School Year

In accordance with Ministry of Education regulations, requests to transfer students from one educational institution to another may be submitted during the registration period until mid-July.

The transfer process includes several steps:

Step 1:

Step 2:

The Education Department, in cooperation with the educational institutions, will review the requests.

Please note – this is a process that takes time; we thank you for your patience.

The local authority is not obligated to approve every request.

Step 3:

Receiving a response

After the request is reviewed, you will receive a written notification with the decision (approval or denial of the transfer). A copy of the notification will also be sent to the schools involved in the request.

A response will be provided by the start of the school year.

Step 4:

In the event of a positive response, please contact the requested school with the approval letter and complete the child’s registration at the school.
