The Geffen Club is for children in grades 1-6 who need help in academic, social, and emotional areas. The club operates in collaboration with the Ministry of Welfare and the Ministry of Education, and is regularly visited by the Council's Department of Social Services and the Department of Education.

The club staff includes a coordinator, an educational instructor, and two young women who are doing their national service. 15 children are enrolled in the club.

The club staff builds a personalized treatment plan for each child, with a special emphasis on addressing educational and emotional needs. They are in constant contact with parents and schools.
The club offers various enrichment activities, personal conversations, and private tutoring for each child.

The club operates on Sundays-Thursdays from 14:00 to 18:00
