Urban Planning

The engineering department facilitates the urban planning of new neighborhoods from the needs definition stage, through the programming, accompanying city building plans in planning procedures, and creating a basis for detailed marketing and planning in the field of infrastructure and urban development.

The department accompanies the planning and approves and supervises every project built in Efrat. Upon completion of the project, a delivery protocol is prepared and the project is transferred to the responsibility and maintenance of the Shefa department.
