The Gifted Center hosts students from Gush Etzion, Efrat, Kiryat Arba-Hebron and the southern Hebron Mountains, who have been identified as gifted during the screening process in second grade (approximately 3% of students are accepted). The school has approximately 250 students. In 2021, an additional program will open in the afternoon, hosting an additional 5% of students who have been identified as outstanding.

The Gifted Center is designed to address the special cognitive, emotional, and social needs of outstanding children. The learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of these students. At the Center, the students meet their peer group, which challenges them in all areas.

The teachers are experts in their field, and have undergone special training for teaching gifted students. The Center's staff also includes a psychologist and counselor who address the unique needs of the children.

Classes are held on two school days: grades 3-4 on Mondays, grades 5-8 on Wednesdays.

The school has 18 study groups (boys and girls are separated).

The school day opens with prayer and group social activities. Students then engage in three 1.5 hour courses, in three different disciplines: science, humanities and social sciences, and the arts. Courses change every semester.

Courses offered at the Center include: architecture, painting and sculpture, comics, science and research, mathematical journey between cultures, mathematical thinking, chemistry, plastics and polymers, robotics, technology, logic, poetry, philosophy, language and history, building games, cinema, writing, chess, music, cinema, value dilemmas, and more.

Additional activities: riddles, a community art project, chess competitions, and film production
