Important notes for filling out an income test application form: 

  • Be sure to fill in the property owner's details at the top of the form.

  • Care must be taken to fill in the full details of all those living in the home, including age and ID number.

  • You must sign both parts of the form in the line "Signature of the applicant"

  • Accompanying documents must be attached to the application form for a tax rebate.

  • Fill out a confidentiality waiver so that the Council can conduct an economic investigation.
