Ezra is located in the Dekel neighborhood near the shopping center on King David Boulevard. The branch has approximately 300 members.

Ezra has initiated a number of projects, including "Olim Ba'oz", which reaches out to olim in first and second grade, a Beit Midrash for girls, and a "Sabba" project in which youth spend quality time with Efrat seniors.

Project Shahar meets once a week with children with special needs and a number of volunteer and fundraising projects take place throughout the year.
