Event Licensing
A ‘Large Event’ is a one-time or limited time performance in which the number of participants is over 500 people, and it takes place in a location that does not have a license to hold performances in front of an audience.
The event producer is responsible for getting a business license and obtaining the approval of the relevant parties that have been determined in accordance with the Safety in Public Places Law (5733, 1962).
The applicant must obtain a permit for a mass event and attach the following documents:
-
Application form for a temporary permit for a one-time large event
-
List of guidelines for licensing a large event
-
Application form for operating a food stand
-
Ministry of Health guidelines for setting up a food stand at a large event
-
Application form for operating an information stand.
-
The event venue plan includes the placement of the various facilities (stage, electrical system, stands, lighting and removal).
